Optyflo is a workflow automation platform that also performs the sending. You build a visual flow with real branching, then send the email from your own verified domain, the WhatsApp through Meta’s Cloud API and the voice call — as native steps inside that same flow.
That exists because the alternative is a stack. A generic automation tool carries the trigger and the branching, then hands the send to a second paid tool that knows nothing about the flow. Every hand-off is another bill, another set of credentials, and another place for a contact to fall out of the sequence.
It is built for founders, coaches, educators and small marketing teams who run their own outbound and their own events rather than handing them to an agency — and it is India-first, from Razorpay and Indian WhatsApp BSPs down to IST scheduling in every date picker.
We don’t publish customer counts, delivery volumes or performance-lift statistics, because we have no audited figures for them. If you see such a number attributed to Optyflo, treat it as unverified.
